Fees for lessons are charged by the term. Our lessons are from just $40 + GST.
Payment in full is required at the beginning of the term; these payments are non-refundable if you change your mind.
Children joining mid-term are charged for the number of lessons remaining in the term ($40 + GST /lesson). This fee is payable in advance and must be received prior to the child’s first class.
A discount of 10% off the total tuition is given for families with 2 or more enrolled students. Note: Discount is only applicable to brothers and sisters.
At Kids at SWiTCH we get so excited about parents introducing us to their friends and communities. Word of mouth is our most effective method of reaching out to new clients, and we know this as a strength of our business. For our enthusiastic, “Ambassador” parents, if you successfully refer min. of four students to enrol at Kids at SWiTCH for a term, your child will receive a whole term’s worth of tuition for free!

Missed Group Lessons
Refunds or credits cannot be made for classes that are missed, however, students may take a ‘make-up’ lesson within a comparable class. Missed lessons do not carry over into a new term.
Cancelled Group Lessons
Where a group lesson has been cancelled, we will either re-schedule your class or credit your account accordingly.
Pre-Arranged Absences (4 – 8 weeks)
You must notify your teacher for absences between 2 and 4 weeks. Your teacher will still send you the weekly learning journal and stay in touch with the class is doing during your absence.
Pre-Arranged Absences (> 8 weeks)
Absences of more than 8 weeks will be deemed a withdrawal. Prior to returning to class an assessment will need to be made to ascertain which class will be suitable.
In order to communicate information efficiently please be advised that Kids at SWiTCH will use SMS and email in circumstances such as teacher illness resulting in a class cancellation. This will help to inform parents quickly of changes to their schedule causing as little disruption as possible.
Re-enrolment is automatic for each term. If you wish to withdraw your child from Kids at Switch you must notify your teacher two weeks prior to the end of the current term.
While Kids at Switch takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst children/participants are at or near the school. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child (the student) is physically and medically fit for the class.
Kids at Switch takes photographs and videos of our children during the lessons. Unless, Kids at SWiTCH has been otherwise informed by the relevant parents or guardians, these images may be used in our website, blog, printed publications or on project display boards.
Kids at Switch may change any of the Terms and Conditions by posting revised Terms and Conditions on our Website and/or by sending an email to you one term in advance. Unless you withdraw your child from Kids at SWiTCH, the new Terms will be effective immediately.
